For easy returns/exchange please follow these steps -

STEP 1

Please share your order number with us on care@vastrado.com. You can also reach us on our WhatsApp number 9136767378 or message us on Facebook or Instagram.

STEP 2

Our executive will call you within 48 hours to confirm the details and create return pickup of your order. Orders are usually picked up within 3 working days from the delivered address.

STEP 3

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we undergo a quality check. As soon as it is done, your refund/exchange is processed.

Please note -

• You can find the order number in your invoice or mail
• Our customer care is available from Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm
• Return orders are delivered back to the warehouse within 5-7 working days
• All products to be returned/exchanged must be in unused and in their original condition with tags intact
• If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you
